"I appreciate you letting me and Wesley stay at your home tonight, Abby." She smiled over at me, handing me a bowl to put in the dishwasher. "No problem. I figured it's the least I could do for you two coming out and helping Jackson. You guys can stay here together anytime you want." My eyes widened slightly. "Oh, we won't need that. He's just my brother-in-law." Abby made a hmm sound before handing me a plate. "Honestly."

"Robyn, I like you. Your a little quiet for my taste but I like you. So I'll tell you something, okay?" She nodded setting the dish in the dishwasher. "If you want to hide having an affair," she gasped the dish slipping from her fingers and falling against the floor. It didn't break thankfully but she apologized more times than I could count. "Don't apologize. Listen," I told her stopping her from fidgeting. "If you want to hide an affair you need to act like you aren't in a relationship. Especially when strangers who just met you can read you like an open book." Robyn bit her lip, tears bubbling up. "Please don't tell anyone." I rubbed her arm, wrapping mine around her and giving her a half hug. "Don't worry. I won't. And I'm not judging you. Promise. They way you two look at each other says much more than just sex. You love him, huh?" She simply nodded sadly at me.

"I do love him." I said finally after the dishes were put away and we took a seat at the island. "More than anything. I've never loved anyone the way I love him but... if I tell you something you won't tell anyone? Not even Jackson?" Abby nodded, smiling at me as she stood to get us each a cup of coco. "Go ahead." She said, giving my shoulder a squeeze.

"My sister... and Wesley are having a baby and I don't want to be the reason that child doesn't get to have a happy family. I mean I had my sisters and that was perfect but I always hurt at not having my parents. I don't want that for my niece or nephew. I want them to be happy with both their parents. Maybe it's best if I stop being so selfish. Isn't that what this is? Being selfish. Especially when my sister loves her husband.. and now this baby." I reached up, brushing a tear away.

"Love is never selfish, Robyn. Sometimes it can be painful, or hard, but it's never selfish. Which is odd for me to say since I've never been in love before.. but I know love isn't selfish. That much I do know. Real love is unselfish. And even if you and Wesley feel wrong trust me when I say your right. Love is always right even in the worst conditions." I set her cup of coco down and sat down across from her. "But I can understand you not wanting to get in the middle of a family. Maybe you and Wes should talk about it? Decide what's best for everyone involved? And maybe that's moving on or maybe that's finally admitting to the world the truth. No clue. You two have to decide that together."

"I know you're right. But I'm scared to see where the discussion leads. What if he decides he wants his family? What if I decide I want him to have his family? He'll never be alone. But in the end I'll be... see I sound selfish again!"

"You don't sound selfish. Promise." I gave her a hand a pat before she pulled it away. I had no idea why I was helping this girl. Maybe it's because I did like her. Even if she had faults. But what person didn't have faults? "I need to lay down. I hate to break this up but... Is that okay? I don't want to be rude." I nodded. "You're fine. Promise. I got clothes you can borrow if you want for tomorrow?" Robyn smiled. "I'd like that. Thank you." I nodded, smiling. Robyn stood and almost fell back down. I moved to her side, wrapping an arm around her waist. "You okay?"

"Just dizzy." I whispered. "It's been a really long day." I brushed my hair back and smiled at her. "Don't worry. I'm just going to go upstairs and crawl into that lovely guest bed you have. If you see Wesley can you tell him he doesn't have to cut his night early with his brother for me?" She nodded. "Thank you." I bunched up the bottom of the robe, holding it up and heading up the back steps to the guest room, trying not to fall flat on my face. I finally made it to the bedroom in one piece and blew out a heavy breath when I saw Wes. I quietly walked past him and over to the fireplace. I grabbed my panties that were dry and tugged them on up and over my hips. "You don't mind if I wear your shirt, right?" I asked, picking it up.

I smiled up at her, nodding. "Of course not." Standing up, I placed my hand on her back. "Are you feeling alright? Come on," I said, pulling at the ties to her robe, pulling it from her shoulders and tossing it on the chair. I took my shirt, helping her slide it over her arms before helping her button it up. "Lets get you into bed." I helped her climb up into the big bed, pulling the blankets up around her. "Lemme get my boxers on and I'll be right in to join you." I walked over to the fire place, dropping my robe with Robyn's on the chair and sliding my boxers on. Turning, I walked back over to the bed and climbed in the other side with her. Pulling her into my arms, I kissed the top of her head softly. "I don't like it when you're not feeling well. I'm sure I've only ever seen you sick once before in the whole time I've know you, baby. I don't like it." I knew she wouldn't want to go to the doctor even if I did suggest it, but I couldn't go on seeing her like this.

"It's starting to affect my job and as much as I hate the doctors I guess I could go see one in a few days if this doesn't go away." I mumbled, burying my face in his chest. I didn't want to think about all the terrible things that may lay out in front of us for the next few days.

I held her close to me, never wanting to let go. "I know you hate the doctors, but if it's the only way you're gonna get better, I'm glad you're going to go. I love you, Bobby, and I never want anything to happen to you. I don't wanna lose you. Ever."

I really did hate the doctors. It's not like they helped my parents any. They were gone and the doctors were useless and I was sure they'd be useless in my case. I was sure I could fight the flu myself but if it got worse to make Eric feel better and to make Wes feel better I'd see one. "I love you too." I whispered softly, tears burning in my eyes. I didn't respond to him losing me because at this point I wasn't sure what would happen. "Let's just sleep. I'm sure I'll feel better tomorrow." I whispered, holding back tears.

I hated hearing the sadness in her voice. There was something she wasn't wanting to say. Something that was bothering her. I was sure it was what we had touched on in the shower. This was about me having a baby with Megan when I should be having a baby with her. "Ok, Bobby. Good night." I kissed the top of her head and held her against me. I had the worst feeling brewing in the pit of my stomach, but there wasn't anything I could do about it right now. Robyn needed her rest, and I wasn't going to push her on something she wasn't ready to discuss... Not that I wanted to discuss it much myself, but I knew we'd have to sooner or later.

I tried to fight falling asleep but I could feel it taking hold. I snuggled closer to Wes, thanking God he was here to hold me while I fell asleep. I never got him to hold me when we fell asleep. Well, not often. He was usually with Megan at nights, but this was a nice change. Which made it easy to fall asleep, tack that on with being exhausted and I was down for the count.
