Shiiiiiiiit! We need to leave!

"Jefff!!!!!" I yelled, trying to push myself up off the bed. Which wasn't easy considering the boulder on my midsection. "Jeff!" I yelled it again, knowing he was in the other room watching the Superbowl. That's why I had been in here in the first place because I didn't want to watch it. "Jeff!"

I looked up from the tv, the bowl of peanuts on my lap. I didn't have a beer, like I usually would just because I was watching the game, but Abigail was pregnant, and I didn't have any beer in the apartment. But I nearly tossed the nuts when I heard Abigail yelling for me. Jumping off the couch, I put the bowl on the couch and ran to meet her in the hall. "Are you alright, Caramella? What is wrong?"

"B! B called me! And she's marrying that slimey evil bastard in Hawaii! We need to leave NOW!!" I got my bag out of the closet and went back to the bedroom to get my stuff. I had moved in with Jeff mostly since I found out the babies were his so all my stuff was here. "Pack fast!"

I had followed her in the bedroom and started to pack. This was the break Dante had been looking for. I had to let him know that I knew where Bianca was. But Abigail was right. We needed to pack so we could leave. I knew Dante would be ready at a moment's notice. So I pulled out my suitcase and started packing. "When did Bianca call you? Is she alright?"

"Just now. And she sounded alright... well except for being crazy enough to marry his ass!" I tossed my stuff in my bag and grabbed my purse, stuffing littler stuff in there. "I hate him! I truly do!"

"I promise you he is going to get what is coming to him, Caramella." I packed enough clothes in the suitcase for a few days and zipped it up, grabbing a toiletries bag. "I will get the bathroom stuff."

"Thank you, honey!" I said, zipping my bag shut and stopping to catch my breath. Moving as fast as I was wasn't a good idea. I rubbed my side and watched as he came out. "Can you hand me my shoes, please?" I couldn't bend over if I tried. I'd bend and stay down.

I tossed the toiletry bag on the bed and reached over, grabbing her shoes off the floor. "Come on, Caramella," I said, helping her sit down on the bed, kneeling down in front of her and putting on her shoes. "We should stop and get something to eat on the way."

"No. We don't have time. We'll get it at the airport, okay? I promise I'll eat something. Scout's honor. Let's go." I used his hand to stand and grabbing the smaller bags and my purse and walked out of the room with him letting Kyle's grandparents know I was leaving town for a few days and that I'd call them later with details.

I put our bags in the back seat of the Jeep and opened the front door for Abigail. "I do not want you over doing yourself, Caramella," I told her, before shutting her door and running around to get in the driver's side. Starting the engine, I pulled down the street toward JFK.
