Breakfasttttt!

I had woken up early, and decided I really wanted to take a shower and change into my own clothes, and since it was sunny and beautiful out that I'd take a walk back to the car to get mine and B's things. I left B fast asleep in the bed, slid on my now dried off coat and shoes and headed for the car. Once I got back with the stuff I was in major need of a shower and some breakfast. I headed upstairs, leaving B's suitcase in the bedroom and took mine into the bathroom. After a long shower and washing off the night before I got dressed in a pair of blue jeans and a light yellow tank top. I brushed my hair and teeth, and left my bag in the bedroom where we were staying and headed downstairs. I wasn't the best cook in the world, but, I pulled out some eggs and bacon from the fridge, toasted some bread, poured a couple glasses of juice and smiled at the breakfast I had managed to whip up. "Breakfast!" I yelled up the steps before going back to the kitchen and taking a seat.

I turned, hearing Abby's chipper call for breakfast and slid out of the bed. I headed down the steps and smiled when I saw the bacon, eggs and toast. "Well, aren't you awesome." I said smiling. "Who knew girls your age knew how to cook." She laughed. "I don't. You better hope it's good." I laughed taking a seat and picking up my fork. "Those aren't Emily Grace's clothes are they?" She shook her head. "Nope. I walked back to the car and got mine and B's things." I took a bite of bacon which wasn't bad and nodded. "I should do that after breakfast and get mine and Jackson's stuff."

I walked into the room. I hadn't been able to sleep well last night at all. I wanted Abigail and badly. But what was I supposed to do, go steal her out of her bed while she slept. Crazy old man Frost. Pegged as a pedophile for sure. Instead, I laid in my bed, staring at the ceiling until the morning hours. Once it was daylight, I woke up and went for a jog down by the lake. I jogged half way down and then turned around to come back. I'd just gotten out of the shower when I heard Abigail's sweet voice yell for breakfast. Smiling, I got dressed and headed downstairs. "Nonsense, brother," I said,coming into the room. "I can go get my own things." I smiled over at Abigail as I sat down across the table from her. "Good morning, Miss Abigail." I had almost called her baby, but remembered my brother was sitting right there beside me. "How was your night? Comfortable in that bed, I hope?"

I heard Abigail say it was time for breakfast. She was always so gunho in the mornings. Me, I was a night person and always have been. Mornings just weren't my things. Pushing myself out of bed, I pulled the drawstring on the pants I was wearing tighter and headed down the stairs. Walking into the kitchen, I sat down silently, pulling one leg up and resting my head on it as I held it up against my breasts. I didn't really feel like eating, but I was here anyway. I noticed the glass of juice in front of my plate and smiled. "Just what I need." Actually, I'd like a caramel cappuccino, but the chances of them having the ingredients or a cappuccino maker were slim to none. I took a sip of my juice and held it in my hand as I rested my head back on my knee. I felt like I had a hang over, but I knew I hadn't been drinking. I remembered I had bumped my forehead, so that would account for the hungover feeling. Groaning, I closed my eyes and rested there.

"Morning, Mr. Frost." I had almost slipped up and called him Jackson but caught myself knowing better. I turned to B when she came in and smiled at her. "You feeling any better? Head still hurting?" I asked, taking a sip of my juice.

"Then we'll walk back together." I said to Jackson, glancing over at Bianca as she walked in. Even in the morning, hair messed up, looking tired as hell she was still beautiful as ever. It bothered me.. how much I liked her.. how much I wanted to reach over and greet her with a kiss. But I refrained. "Did you ladies wanna go fishing with us? I figure we might as well do what we were coming up here for." I shrugged.

"That sounds like a great idea!" I agreed with Dante, looking over at Abigail. "I'll even bait your hook for you." I laughed, picking up my fork. "Unless you prefer fly fishing. I think we have a few extra fishing poles around here." I took a bite of my eggs, looking up at her. "Wow! These are really good, ba-- maybe I should have you cook my breakfast every morning." I hoped no one caught that almost fuck up. If Abigail did, I didn't mind, but her sister or my brother... Couldn't have it.

I lifted my head, looking over at A. "Not as well as I'd like to be feeling." Mr. Frost, not Dante, and sighed softly. "Usually, I'd say yes, but I don't..." I couldn't come up with a good excuse. My head hurt. That was about it. "My head hurts, but it's nothing I can't push through. I'm ok with it if A is?" I said, turning my head back to my sister, asking her.

"Well, if you don't feel good, no reason for you force yourself to come." I said, shrugging. I sounded like an ass I'm sure and that wasn't my meaning.. but anything I said she took negative anyways so why bother. "Abby?" I asked.

I heard Jackson, raising my eyebrow at him, thankful he caught himself. "Thank you. And your wife can make you breakfast, Mr. Frost.." I turned to Mr. Frost. "I guess I could come but I really hate fishing.. all that fish poop and grossness.. I don't know I've never been much of a fishing girl." I said, laughing slightly.

I laughed. "You don't have to worry about all that fish poop. We'll give you a fly and teach you how to fly fish. And don't worry about cleaning the fish. Dante and I can clean them. Oh, by the way," I had already told her to call me Jackson last night, but if we were going to be spending time together, the least they could do is call us by our first names. "My name's Jackson and like I said, my brother's name is Dante. No need calling us Mister Frost all the time."

I stood up, taking my juice with me. "Mr. Frost is just fine with me," I said, leaving the room and heading for the front door. Shutting the door behind me and sat down on the porch steps, looking out into the mountain morning. I just wanted to be gone from here. I didn't want to be here anymore. Not after the way MISTER Frost had treated me last night. Fuck me and then say it was a mistake. So what he was married, and yes, I was with Lucas, but if that had really mattered, he wouldn't have done it in the first place. And that's all it was, just a really good fuck... Especially since I was nothing more than a common tramp to him.

I glanced back at B as she left and went to go get her when I heard Dante said he had it. I raised my eyebrow but let it go, turning back to Jackson. "And I don't need your help, Mr. Frost." I said, making sure the Mr. Frost came out louder then the rest. "I can do it on my own if need be.."

I grabbed my bacon, walked outside where Bianca went and sat down next to her. "So, this is how it's going to be now? You're going to stick with being rude because I'm right and you know it?" I asked, taking a bite of my bacon.
