Baby Momma!

I was glad Pops didn't drink because with how I was feeling I knew driving was a big fat no no. I could barely walk inside the house. I shut the door, hearing the alarm. "Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" I said quickly, going to the alarm and pressing a few keys. It shut up so I assumed I put the right code. "Goood alarm." I mumbled, tripping some before catching myself on the hallway table. I almost knocked over a vase of roses but was able to catch it, even if the water spilled all over. "Damn roses." I said, getting my left shoe off and tossing it before doing the same with my right. I headed for the steps, tugging my shirt over my head and tossing it. Funny enough it landed on the chandelier near the steps. "Ha!" I said, going to the top step and undoing my belt, dropping it there. I headed off to mine and Bianca's room, opening the door and kicking my jeans off. I tripped and landed face first on the ground but managed not to be too noisy. "Damn it." I said, dragging myself up on the side of the bed. "Pssssst, Bianca, psssssst! ET phone home!" I said, swaying slightly. "Hey, you, baby momma, I need your help.."

If I had been asleep, I was sure the alarm would have woken me. But I knew it was Dante. It wouldn't have gone off so quickly had it been anyone else. I knew if it woke Tammy, she'd be in here asking for Dante. But when the door opened, it wasn't Tammy. It was Dante. When he crawled up on the bed, I closed my eyes tightly, inhaling deeply. He was drunk. If I couldn't smell it, his behavior and ET reference was enough to say. "What do you need help with?" I asked him, silently and softly.

I glanced back at my butt and back at her. "To get my big old butt in the bed with my wife-to-be so we can sleep together!" I said, trying to lift myself and falling back again. "SEEEE I can't stand up and get on the bed! My ass is not allowing me... and I realllllly wanna lay with you. I miss holding you." I admitted. Okay so I was drunk as shit and tomorrow I'd probably kick myself but right now all I wanted was to get in bed and be thankful for the things I had, even if some of it was downright shit these days.

I bit my lip to keep it from trembling. This isn't what I wanted, not from Dante, not from the only man I'd ever loved ever. But I wasn't about to tell him no. I couldn't. Sliding out of bed, I walked around to his side and wrapped my arms around him, using my full body strength to pick him up and sit with him back down on the bed. "There. There you go. You're up on the bed." I let go of him and stood to walk back to my side of the bed.

"Noooo!" I said, grabbing her wrist and tugging her forward. "You stay here with me. I said we sleep together I mean it!" I pulled her and myself back on the bed so we were both laying and she was practically on top of me and closed my eyes. "Verrrrrryyyy comfy!" I said, hugging her.

Closing my eyes tightly, I inhaled deeply, coughing at the strong alcohol odor. "Dante, you need a shower."

"Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo I don't. I just need lotssssssssssssssss of sleep! Now, hush, Bianca's trying to sleep, you'll wake her!" I yawned, stretching my arms out some but still not letting Bianca go.

I reluctantly but defiantly pulled myself from Dante. "Bianca's not asleep, and she doesn't want to sleep." I moved over to my side of the bed, pulling my pillow against my breasts, hugging it tightly to me. "Just go to sleep, Dante."

I fake sniffled, poking her in the butt with my pointer finger. "You don't wanna sleep with me?"

"More than anything," I barely whispered. "What I want doesn't matter, Dante." I swallowed the lump in my throat, taking a shaky breath. "Please sleep."

I frowned heavily. "I don't wanna sleep." I turned on my side, tugging Bianca closer to me. "Not unless I can hold you. I never get to hold you.."

Inhales shakily, my lip trebling. "Why would you even want to? I'm not anything to you anymore. I'm just a facade. Something to make our daughter and the rest of the world happy."

"You don't believe that, do you?" I asked, burying my face in her hair. "You should know better." I mumbled, kissing the back of her head before cuddling closer, tugging the covers over us and closing my eyes.

I wiped away a rebel tear, biting my lip. "I don't know what I believe anymore."

"You should know I love you even when I hate you, Bianca." I said, yawning. "Maybe that's why I made up this stupid thing. So we could be together but I also protected myself!"

"Wouldn't it just be easier to kick me to the curb? I mean if we're going to be miserable anyway." I swallowed hard, pulling his arms around me more even though I knew it would only hurt me more tomorrow when he woke up and wasn't drunk anymore.

"No, because you might move on without me.. or fall for someone else.. or fall out of love with me.. I can't chance that. Even if being with you hurts.."

"I've never loved anyone but you," I told him somberly. "And I could never move on from you. You're my everything. Por sempre."

"You moved on before... when you left me. When you took my daughter and left.. you found someone else."

I shook my head. "I hid. I never moved on. I couldn't. I promised you forever, and I meant it, even if I was scared."

I sighed, turning away from her and hugging my pillow. "I don't believe you. You stole my daughter and hid her away and forgot about us."

I couldn't do this. Not anymore. "I'll be downstairs on the couch." I'd sleep in the guest room, but then Tammy would really think something was wrong. The couch was more easily explained and shrugged off. "Good night, Dante." I pushed myself out of the bed, leaving my pillow there on the bed. I'd use a throw pillow and the throw blanket over the back of the couch. I didn't need anything else... The one thing I did need, I couldn't have and never would again.

"Bianca, get back in bed!" I said turning to look at her. "There's no damn reason for you to sleep on the couch! You're ruining my high.."

"What do you want from me?" I asked, fighting the tears that were threatening to fall from my eyes as I turned back to face him, crossing my arms over my breasts. "I don't deserve to be lying next to you. I don't deserve shit!"

"Forget it! I don't want nothing but to sleep, damn it!" I turned my back to her, sighing heavily.
