Wedding Bells Are Gonna Ring

I thought I'd be nervous. I mean I was getting married. A life long commitment to a woman. Something I NEVER thought I'd do.. and yet. I didn't feel nervous at all. It just felt.. right. Like breathing. So when Jackson asked all I did was smile. "I've never been more ready for something in my entire life." I said fidgeting with my tie to make sure it was perfect. "I love this woman and spending my life with her is all I want. Now stop asking." I said laughing.

"You mean I look better?" I asked, playfully shoving him as I laughed. "Because I know I look better than you." I looked in the mirror. "Life can only go up from here."

"Yep," I said, turning to Jackson. "Okay, big brother.. let's get out there and wait for my beautiful bride."

If I had to tell him one more time I wasn't nervous I was going to smack him.. because he wasn't getting it. But then he was nice and made me smile instead of bashing his head in the door. "Thanks. Abby ain't so ice queen like either.. and she makes you happy.. so.. yeah.." I said, as we walked down the hall and moved toward the chapel.

I chuckled lightly. "They sure do, huh?" I said, looking down at the end of the aisle, wondering where the hell Bianca was.

I just sat there. "No, Bianca's coming soon. It can wait." I said, waving Pops off. "Go sit and enjoy the wedding." I looked around him for Bianca.

"No," I said, pushing past Pops and Jackson. I walked back toward the bridal suite and pushed the door open. "Bianca?" I asked, seeing that not only was she gone but so was her dress.. and Abby. "Bianca!" I said, turning and walking out and walking down the hall. "Bianca!" She wouldn't leave. She just wouldn't!

"Bianca!" I yelled again, moving out toward the parking lot. "Bianca!" I screamed, feeling my chest grow heavy. "Where is she.. she wouldn't.. she couldn't... she.." I punched my hand as hard as I could against a car window and cracked the glass, bloodying up my fingers and breaking all of them I'm sure. But that pain didn't hurt nearly as bad as the pain in my chest. "Where is she!" I screamed.

"No," I growled. "She made her choice. I'm not chasing after her. I refuse!" I yanked the tie off and tossed it before walking away. "I need the first place to get a drink I can find."

"She sure would leave! And she sure would take Abigail with her so she can cry and act like I hurt her! Just like last time when she said no to me! It's this all over again! And I bet Bianca begged her not to answer! That's it!" I said, walking down the street, tossing the jacket down. "She's off running like she always does when shit gets too serious for her!"

I came to the first bar and sat. At first the bartender refused but when I tossed my credit card at him and said he could have a thousand dollar tip to shut the fuck up and give me my drink he gave it over and I downed one quickly. How could she just leave? Did she not love me the way I loved her? Was her fear really THAT important? "She left.." I mumbled, downing another shot. "I should've never taken her back."

"Guess so." I said downing another shot. "It sure as hell hurts you, burns you.. makes you weak.. I'm never falling in love again!"
